The username is case sensitive

In order to increase the security we decided to make the username in Horizon QCMS case sensitive.

Perhaps you wonder how this works?

Well, Horizon QCMS encodes your username so that it's in a binary format. This means that if your username is something like "Jimi Hendrix" that you can only login with the username "Jimi Hendrix," everything else will result in an "input rejected" error ;-)

So if someone tries to login with "Jimi HENDRIX" or whatever, Horizon will not accept it. Instead, she will show you the "input rejected page."

You can also use spaces in your username.
